Then I started thinking, should we really drag our 2 year old along? I'm sure it will complicate the day with all the breaks kids need. Besides, my 2 year old has waaay to much energy and i dont want to be running after him all day breaking in sweat! He cannot sit in one place for too long, over all, i think that taking the kids with us will consist of longer breaks and smaller shooting periods. After all, you will have lots of pics with them on the wedding day so no big deal!Silviahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01167065945056695894noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6884568079277668400.post-71433813817975653582009-03-13T01:35:00.000-04:002009-03-13T01:35:00.000-04:00Your girls are utterly adorable! Go ahead and indulge in a special day with your fiance, you both deserve it!Goldiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03971809945336814779noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6884568079277668400.post-5531914996270297562009-03-12T18:04:00.000-04:002009-03-12T18:04:00.000-04:00I am in the same boat, I have two kids as well. We barely have any pics of just the 2 of us, and we took "family" pictures in November for Christmas cards. I know that we will have PLENTY of pictures taken of us as a "family" on the wedding day.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07139166570585803286noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6884568079277668400.post-48176433507764311342009-03-12T16:56:00.000-04:002009-03-12T16:56:00.000-04:00I love the pic you posted! But I agree with these other ladies, family portraits and e-portraits are two separate things. but maybe you can snag one shot at the end of all of you! :)Janehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17129469356403405037noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6884568079277668400.post-49273981332613961852009-03-12T11:49:00.000-04:002009-03-12T11:49:00.000-04:00First of all, are those your beautiful daughters i...First of all, are those your beautiful daughters in the post pic? Sooo cute!!!

Second, I think you are making the right decision. These are your engagement pictures and they symbolize you and your FH getting engaged...as a couple. I think there will be plenty of opportunities to have pictures with the girls at the wedding. Also, like you said, you took Christmas family portraits and could theoretically do portraits again later after the two of you are officially married. I support your decision. Have fun on your e-pics date!!!The Less Than Domestic Goddesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08060606277113247652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6884568079277668400.post-6566031155836295962009-03-12T11:41:00.000-04:002009-03-12T11:41:00.000-04:00I would do what you want to do. There are going to...I would do what you want to do. There are going to be plenty of opportunities for you and your future hubby to get pictures taken with the girls. But you're kindof right your engagement pics are about you and your future hubby being engaged. You could have your photographer do a few with the girls and have a family there to take the girls to allow you two get to get back to "alone" couple time. That may make everyone happy. Doing it both ways.Ehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17719134878007025257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6884568079277668400.post-16568664046755105652009-03-12T09:17:00.000-04:002009-03-12T09:17:00.000-04:00I think I'd agree with you. Plus, your girls will be in a lot of your wedding photos.Jennhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05471369363749944370noreply@blogger.com
