A Cookie Buffet?

I have seen a lot of candy buffet's at recent weddings, I like them but I want something a little different but with the same concept. After doing some research I came across the cookie buffet. I think An Atlanta Bride had mentioned doing this as well but she ended up going with a BEAUTIFUL dessert bar. I have a lot of cookie lovers in my family so I know that the cookies wouldn't survive long, LOL. I would like to have the classic Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, Peanut Butter, Fudge Chocolate Chip, Piroulines & Mini Hotel Roanoke Cookies (the best cookies EVER). I think our guests would go crazy over this cookie buffet. I love the idea of a glassine bag with a personalized sticker on them so guests can enjoy them on their way home.

**I forgot to mention that I would buy the cookies at a wholesale place like Sam's. I priced them out and they came out way cheaper than the candy. So not only is this different but much more budget friendly if you get the cookies wholesale.

Ok so now that I have just about pulled every strand of my hair out thanks to my blog facelist, it's time to get back to wedding business!

D.I.Y Friday

This is a new segment I thought I would try. I love making things and plan on making as much as I can for my wedding. I found these really cute favor boxes on the blog of a very talented and awesome children's designer/fabric designer/stationary designer's (she does it all she's awesome) blog. Her name is Patty and I found her about two years ago on Ebay. She makes items for my little girlies and I read her blog daily and she produced these cute little favor boxes for her sisiters wedding and I had to share!
